Using a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, and neuromuscular techniques, this massage is a wonderful way to release muscle tension and ease aches and pains. Remember that with the release of toxins during the massage, it is important to properly hydrate the body to flush out and eliminate those toxins.

Our signature massage combines Swedish, deep tissue, and neuromuscular techniques to create just the massage you need, catered specifically to your needs. As a special extra, your feet and hands will be scrubbed using our signature scrub and wrapped in hot steam towels.

Muscles that are stressed will block oxygen and nutrients, leading to inflammation that will build up and store toxins in the muscle tissue. Deep Tissue Massage will get to the core of the problem by working intensely on the muscles and connective tissue to free toxins and restore circulation of blood and oxygen. Generally, deep tissue massage will use slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, whether following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons, and fascia. Remember, with the release of toxins it is important to properly hydrate the body to flush out and eliminate those toxins. Four Hand Massage involves two massage therapists massaging you at the same time and is performed in the following fashion:
Upper Body & Lower Body Work - one therapist works on your upper body and the other therapist works on your lower body. Halfway through the session the therapists swap and work on the other part of the body. Remember, with the release of toxins it is important to properly hydrate the body to flush out and eliminate those toxins that have been released during the massage.

A light, relaxing massage for the mother-to-be. Helps relieve swelling and eases the discomforts of pregnancy, with a doctor's note of approval.

This technique uses specific strokes and varying pressures to release tension in the muscle and tissues. Depending upon individual preference, pressure can vary from light to medium. It includes long gliding strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, and shaking motions. This form of therapy will promote general relaxation, improve blood circulation, improve range of motion, and provide relief from muscle tension. It is effective for most ailments, because massaging the skin begins a chain reaction that produces a positive effect on all layers and systems of the body.
