A Better You Day Spa offers the best in body treatments to help correct those problem areas. We offer solutions for skin types from dry and flaky to oily and acneic.
With all treatments the body is wrapped in warm steam towels while the feet and scalp are given a relaxing massage. After removing the product with a warm shower an application of moisturizing oil is applied.
ABU Signature Body Glow - 60 Minutes $70
Our signature body glow offers an invigorating full body
exfoliation using our signature body scrub. A Red Wine
masque revitalizes hands and feet while hot steam towels
open pores, moisturizing the skin. After a warm shower has
removed the scrub and masque, a light application of
moisturizing oil relaxes the muscles, leaving fresh,
glowing skin.
Body Glow Treatment - 60 minutes $60
Lay back and enjoy an invigorating full body exfoliation
using our signature body scrub. Your skin is caressed with
vitamin-richness, enriching it with nutrition and a softness
that will leave your skin lustrous and radiant. After a warm
shower has removed the scrub, a light application of
moisturizing oil is applied.
Back Treatment - 45 minutes $45
Indulge your senses with the delightful aroma of our signature body scrub and Hungarian Herbal Mud. This spicy treatment also includes cleansing, warm towels, specialty masque and back massage.
Herbal Cellulite Body Treatment - 60 minutes $70
Herbs, spices and bioflavonoids melt cellulite through increased circulation followed by a deep tissue massage with a firming Cinnamon Paprika Body Lotion. You may experience a tingling sensation that lets you know the herbal treatment is continuing to be effective. Not recommended for extremely sensitive skin.
Mango Enzyme Body Treatment - 60 minutes $70
This treatment smells as delicious as it sounds. Mango is high in antioxidants and vitamin A which moisturizes the skin while relieving clogged pores. Pineapple is an excellent defoliant and anti-inflammatory, dissolving dead skin cells naturally while supplying vitamins C and B1 to the skin. The mango enzyme body treatment is great for lightening pigmentation, exfoliating, and helps to reduce the signs of aging.

Pure Arctic Mud Body Wrap - 60 minutes $70
Pure Arctic mineral mud blended with botanicals, extracts, marine minerals and protein will promote firmness while clearing breakouts. Includes Aloe Vera, Chamomile and Japanese Green Tea which assist in rejuvenating the skin, while Cucumber Extract will help tighten pores. A unique toning mask to de-toxify and achieve baby smooth skin with our exclusive essential oils blend of Cedarwood, Geranium, Lemon, Lime, Juniper Berry, Lemongrass assist in balancing the skin and preventing overproduction of oil.
